Pravila o privatnosti

The detailed below document includes the personal data protection policies (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”) of the Website available under URL www.adriacatamaran.com operated by Adria Katamaran Company d.o.o. (registered office: 22212 Tribunj, Jurjevgradska ul. 2, Croatia, Tax number: CR85885570245 (01B), Company Number: 05014735; hereinafter referred to as Operator). By visiting (opening) the Website the User accepts the following Privacy Policy without limitation or restriction.

The Operator respects the persons who visit the Website, the Users have personal right of access to their data.  

1. The Operator shall treat the personal data provided by the User in the framework of voluntary data provision as confidential and use it only to the extent necessary for the identification of the individual Users and for the fulfillment of the service and for the successful performance.

2. Any personal data we collect was given voluntarily for us. User’s personal data that we collected for specific purpose (newsletter, charter inquiry) was given voluntarily by making personal data available. By providing the data voluntarily, the User expressly agrees to send the Operator e-mail(s), newsletter and charter rent information, unless the User explicitly requests the prior disabling of such messages. The User may disable the sending of newsletters at any time.

3. The Operator shall not disclose the personal data of the Users to third parties, unless the User has given his consent or obligation to provide the data mandatory legal provision.  

4. The Operator declares that it manages the data obtained through the Website in accordance with the prevailing Hungarian legislation, with particular regard to the current law provisions of the applicable Data Protection Act.

5. The Operator shall safely preserve the data provided by the User and  take precautions to protect the user’s personal data or to prevent it from loss, use or unauthorized modification.

6. In order to improve the efficiency of the Website on the Website anonymous

Visit ID (COOKIE) is used. The Website “cookie” (COOKIE) will be saved on the computer of your visitors, which will help the program analyze the website including information on how to use it. This data analysis is an anonymous action, you cannot be identified. The Operator uses the information obtained solely for the purpose of improving its services or the Website.

In matters not covered by these general terms and conditions, the directives are the provisions of The European Parliament and of the Council (27 April 2016) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
