At the beginning of our 6-year investment program our investor partners and our company bear each 50-50% of the catamarans purchase price, but you will be the official owner. During this period the catamaran will be available for you for 4 weeks per season (2 weeks in high season and 2-2 weeks in pre- and postseason), and in the rest of the year we operate the ship as part of our charter fleet on the Adriatic. After 6 years the catamarans going to be entirely available for our investors, they can whether decide to use them all year round or they can keep the catamaran in the charter fleet. In the end of the investment program the owners going to receive the catamaran ready to sail away, well equipped with sails and ropes – guaranteed no more than 2 years old.
During the 6-year term we fully take responsibility for maintenance. All Catamaran-owners have to do is only to relax carefree.
Why invest in a catamaran?
Conscious catamaran ownership means that maintenance costs are equal to zero. We take care of everything:
- Seasonally algae prevention
- Deck maintenance
- Rope and sail replacement
- Safety and comfort equipment
Catamarans have a great resale value and have a very low depreciation rate – almost as low as real estates. At the age of 6 their average market value could be still easily as high as 70-75% of the factory price. Carefully maintained catamarans are serviceable up to 30-40 years.
